This smart weapons management system is one in which the management of weapons control and monitoring can be done at the highest level in the Headquarters. Authorization and issuance of authorization can be done at any location of military departments or camps even in different regions. Monitoring and data will be monitored regularly by Headquarters and authorized departments. The system also includes components such as management services and communications services.

Smart weapon control system platform consists of the following system components and databases:

i) Secure communication and data exchange platform;
ii) Smart pistol cabinet system (terminal);
iii) Statistical analysis and additional decision systems;
iv) Basic weapons database, weapon user base database, firearms status database;
v) high technology introduction technology.
